Vegetable Biryani

Vegetable Biryani ! I really love the word 'Biryani' for some unknown reason and Veg Biryani is one of my fav rice dishes.Who doesnt love it? :-)
normally do not use biryani masala powder to make this dish. Before learning how to make this dish I always thought that preparing this dish would be a big deal. But this recipe is really simple and doesnt even take 30 mins if you have all the vegetables cut and ready. Thanks to Frozen Mixed vegetables which redeems and buys back time :-))
Iam happy to present this version of Veg Biryani in my blog ! Try this and let me know! Its Biryani time:-)
